We offer every school a secure and personal school page. On it we place all information and supplies especially for your school. With our personal school page you can easily keep an overview and control over the course of events around your school photography.
All children can be photographed in one day in a suitable space within the school. The photographer sets up his studio there and strives to ensure that the children only have to leave the lesson once. If the schedule allows, the group photos and the individual photos with different poses can be made consecutively.
We work with male and female photographers who can be deployed anywhere in The Netherlands at any school.
Foto Koch delivers high quality photos and photo products. We work with a professional team with whom we serve you as well as possible. In addition, we ensure that you do not have to spend a lot of work and time on the photography process and the handling. This applies both to the delivery of the photos and to the planning of the school photography day. For us it is natural that we take care of this. Our account managers take the day with you well in advance and during the day the photographers make a party of it! The only thing we ask is an assistant for the photo day. This can for example be a parent. He or she ensures that the right class comes to the photographer and is back in time in the class. The bigger the school, the more photographers we will have.
The total handling of school photography runs via the internet. This means that you no longer have to do any administration. We ensure that you have the package with login cards within 10 working days. The package also contains beautiful posters for the school and group photos of the team and all classes. Everything bundled per class. The only thing you have to do as a school is distributing the login cards to the teachers. They can use the photo on the login card for whom it is intended. The parents log in with the unique code and password on our website and can order according to their wishes. We gladly contribute to a beautiful memory for all children for later, therefore we give everyone who orders within 10 days a free group photo.
On May 25, 2018 the new privacy law General Data Protection Regulation was entered. An obligation for everyone to deal responsibly with personal data and to indicate how this is put into practice.
At Foto Koch, all personal data are processed exclusively according to the latest security protocols. For example, we work with unique passwords and login codes with which parents / guardians can only see and order the photos of their own child (ren).
